Ant Moore's 2014 Sauvignon Blanc pale gold colour with bright green hues invites you to enjoy the vibrant notes of fresh nettle entwined with melon and guava, edged with citrus and passionfruit. The palate is generous with a great purity of fruit - passionfruit, guava and capsicum. The weight and texture is finely balanced with a lengthy acidity which ensures you will enjoy this refreshing Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
Sourced from Ant's premium blocks in Marlborough's Waihopai and Wairau valleys, the grapes were harvested in the cool of the evening to preserve the tropical aromas. Small batch winemaking has allowed Ant to build freshness and complexity with minimal manipulation which has produced a wine with a full, ripe and rich texture.
