Vinification
Sourced from Ant's premium blocks in Marlborough's Waihopai and Wairau valleys, the grapes were harvested in the cool of the evening to preserve the tropical aromas. Small batch winemaking has allowed Ant to build freshness and complexity with minimal manipulation which has produced a wine with a full, ripe and rich texture.
